Zikry's First Day in BBIM

Salam everyone...It has been a while since I updated this blog. Well , the reason being is because my beloved maid, Maria has gone back for GOOD! So just imagine me running with the kids @ home , back from office straight to the kitchen, solat and eat dinner. We sleep early every single day ... Which I rarely do since I have kids as you know Zikry and Zarif only sleep past 12 a.m. So mama and papa has to be ' night owl' everyday catching and grabbing them to sleep. Their stamina are superbly unbelievable,,,Like ENERGIZER battery....go on and on even the light has been switched off...

To tell you the real story.. on 7/1/2013 (Monday),  I am a proud Mama to Zikry who has finally been enrolled to Brainy Bunch Islamic Montessori (BBIM) , Subang Jaya branch ...just 5 minutes walk from home...dekat kan!! He was so excited when we mention BBIM especially when the ads is out on tv. But we cannot mention 'SCHOOL' so we change it to be more interesting, the brainwashing was done prior to that date.. Goreng macam2 (BBIM best , u can learn how to solat, read Asma Ul Husna(most excited) and best of all you have a nice uniform. So the very morning, we prepared him very early and after taking his breakfast we drop him at school. I simply took a day leave just to make sure that he is OK and able to adapt.

Making cute face and excited to go to BBIM (yippie!!)

Once reached BBIM, his question was 'Mama, you must follow me tau!'. I'm already pening, what should I do?Me being positive on the question said 'Abang,I have all the day to wait for you....once entered the centre, he grabbed me and hold my hand. Zikry was still ok , played slides with his BBIM buddies and I urged my hubby to go down and get some food or maybe just leave. After a while, I told my hubby that the best way is to still wait for him and decide to make a u-turn to BBIM which other parents were still there waited for their kids.
We came back to see him and heard a weeping boy saying' Nak Mama, Nak Mama!' I was like ...Gosh, I didn't mean to leave you! It's totally my fault; I should have waited a little bit longer. Now that he cried and become traumatized, I have to experience the whole drama until 9.30 am. (spent with him in class together with his 'Aunties'(that's what they call their teachers). Sat on my lap, her eyes is stucked on me and refused to join the other friends. Headache!!!!And eventually, I supposed the Aunties can't  be too disctracted by parents, me and hubby took a way off. And he went crying until kena dukung...pity my baby!!!
The funniest thing was my bestie called me and said ' Gim, I sent my dotter at BBIM this morning . I  asked the teacher is this Zikry and his mom is Shigim . He was crying and calling your name.' Aduhhh.. (Tepuk dahi 5X).

Real evidence that he's out of the league!! jauh tuuu...
Semakin jauh n terus lari to Mama!!!

So the following days , u know what to expect: CHALLENGES to convince him to go to BBIM again.
He'll happily bathe (thought that we are taking him out for jalan2 ) and once I make him wear BBIM uniform, he'll be screaming on top of his lung and run. Just imagine, I have to play cat and mouse every mornings. And finally today, he's like PASRAH to cry anymore. I hope it will last forever and eager to go to school and learn.
I have made assumptions that this probably due to not much activities done at preliminary session as January is still month of familiarization. Hence, I hope that when all the classes start to take place in February, he'll look forward to go to BBIM. Hey, they have Taekwondo class every Monday , uknow.. How cool and cute is that!!! I did  ask the Aunty how he's doing for a week in school, she replied that he's ok but he's really shy. Is he like that at home? 'No way', he's the most talkative boy I've experienced with ; lot if queries, wanting to learn more and very active'. So I left the Aunty puzzled...He probably like me, less talk in school but whoever knew me, I'm a real chatterbox...

So, I really pray to Allah that he's going to be a good and soleh boy who enjoys schooling and learning.
Make me proud, son!! I love you...
